Returns & Exchanges

Return policy is 48 hours money back or exchange if the item has a manufacturer defect.

 

Exchange policy: All of the return items need to be returned in tbhe same condition and with no physical damage*

If the item qualifies for an exchange, the customer can choose a similar item at the same value.

If the item cannot be exchanged** with the same or comparable item then the customer will be entitled to a full refund.  Applies to new in the box items.

 

Exceptions: items returned after 48 hours are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the refund can only be issued with store credit.

Qualifications for exchange are the following:

  1. Item(s) has to be returned with the original packaging
  2. Item(s) with missing parts, components, physical damage, scratches, and/or dents do no qualify for returns.

 

All items returned within 24 hours due to manufacturer defects are subject to store credit only.

 

*If purchased item was previously dented, scratched, etc, it is the client's responsibility to check the physical condition of the item(s) purchased.

** Some restrictions apply - subject to Smart Buy Appliance Outley manager approval
